FIRST - Purpose

The organization of the contest actions is promoted by POLINESIA SPORT SLU, with registered office at Ctra. Fuencarral, nº 44, edificio 9, L-18 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid and CIF: B87326716.

SECOND.- Promotion period

The contest will run from Monday, October 24 at 12:00 noon until Sunday, October 30 at 11:59 pm.

THIRD.- Territorial scope of the promotion

This contest is valid for participants residing in Spain (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

FOURTH.- Conditions of participation

The contest is open to all natural persons, in their capacity as consumers, acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity.

FIFTH.-Prize

One (1) 100 ⬠gift card will be awarded to be redeemed at www.polinesia.es or in any of our physical stores AND (1) portable karaoke of the brand's choice. The winner will be chosen by the POLYNESIA team after being shared via a screenshot on Instagram Stories.

Hereinafter the 'Award'.

The Award shall be subject to the following conditions:

• The Prize may not be subject to any change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winning participant.
• The prize won may be waived, but in no case will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such waiver entitle the winner to any indemnity or compensation.
• The prize may only be redeemed for items available at www.polinesia.es.

SIXTH.- Mechanics of the draw and notification of the Prize

Participation in the contest will consist of following the following account @polinesiaoofficialIf the entrant's account is private, he/she can send us a screenshot of the contest post to be valid for the contest. If the participant's account is private, they can send us a screenshot of the post to be valid in the contest.

SEVENTH.- Notification of the Award and requirements for its delivery.

On Monday, October 31, the company responsible will contact the winners through the Instagram account where the contest is being held. If the winners are not contacted within 72 hours, they will automatically lose the right to obtain the Prize.

After requesting the corresponding data, the Prizes will be sent proceeding to the times required for any order, and taking into account the THIRD point: it may be a shipment to Spain except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

EIGHTH - Privacy Policy

The organizing company will use the personal data of its customers to identify the winners. The data will not be used for other purposes, nor will it be transferred to third parties, nor will it be stored in any database.

NINTH.- Authorization for the use of name and assignment of image rights.

The Winners authorize POLINESIA, S.L.U. to reproduce and use their image in Social Networks related to this Contest.

TENTH - Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Users on Instagram will accept these legal bases by the fact of participating in the contest.
